The Stepper is a multi functional cardio vascular exerciser.

Its unique Step, Row & Press action involves both the upper and lower body
And works the three major muscle masses of the Back, Chest and Thighs. No single exercise machine has previously combined these movements or worked all three major muscle areas simultaneously.

The Twister is an exciting and highly original machine for exercising the waist, lower back and tummy.

TwisterIt combines two conventional waist movements.
Traditionally, the long External Obliques in the waist are worked from above or below by twisting either the upper body or the hips. With Twister however, both ends of the muscle are exercised simultaneously as the upper and lower body twists in opposite directions.
This unique movement provides a much more effective waist exercise and also involves the Internal Oblique’s and Transversus muscles of the tummy wall.
The double twisting action of Twister also involves Erector Spinae Muscles in the lower back, increasing strength and mobility in this area.
The Twister will narrow the waist, helps firm and flatten the tummy and strengthens the lower back.

 

The Pectorals is multi functional and combines the movement of four conventional exercise machines.

 

The upper body action combines an incline fly exercise for the chest, with a rowing

exercise for the Posterior Deltoids and Rhomboidus muscles of the shoulders and upperback.
A simultaneous leg movement exercises the Adductor and Abductor muscles of the thighs.
The Pectorals develop better shape and strength in the chest and shoulders, whilst firming and toning both inner and outer thighs. Mobility in the hip and shoulder joints is increased
 

 

 

The Leg Press combines the effect of three conventional exercise machines.

Leg PressThe ‘ Lat Pull down ‘ is a superb shaping and strengthening exercise for the whole of the upper back and particularly the Lattissimus Dorsi muscles.
The ‘Lat Pull down’ is performed in tandem with the ‘Shoulder Press’ which affects the sternocleidomastoid and Deltoid muscles of the neck and shoulders. The shoulder press movement also provides additional ‘work‘for the triceps area at the back of the upper arm.
The lower body exercise is the leg press, which is the major strength builder for the Quadricep muscles at the front of the thighs.
The Leg Press will improve upper posture, give better shape to the upper back, shoulders and thighs, and increase strength throughout the body. Joint mobility is enhanced in shoulder joints, elbows, hips and knees.
 

The Abdominal machine works both the superior and inferior end of the long rectus abdominus muscle of the tummy wall

AbdominalAlong with the hip flexors and the erector spinae muscles of the lower back.
The sit up contracts the upper end of the tummy wall, whilst the knees to the chest exercise strengthen the lower end of the tummy and the pelvic floor.
A back extension movement follows the sit up.
The hip joint is gently mobilised through its functional range.
The Abdominal strengthens and flattens the tummy (particular the lower abdomen) and helps to improve hip and knee joint mobility and lower back strength.
 

 

The Tricep & Bicep machine is truly multi functional, combining eight different functions and six body parts.

Bicep & TricepFor the upper body, The Tricep & Bicep machine combines arm curl and bicep extension for the front of the upper arms. By changing grip, a reverse curl and tricep pushdown for the back of the upper arms can be performed. An upright row and reverse row for the trapezius and neck muscles is also possible. Also works rhomboidus muscles to help upper posture.
At the same time, a leg extension exercise for the quadriceps muscles at the front of the thighs and a leg curl for the hamstrings at the back of the thighs can also be performed. The leg curl function is particularly effective in tightening the gluteal muscles of the hip.
The Tricep & Bicep machine develops shape and strength in the arms, legs and shoulders, and improves upper posture. Joint mobility in shoulders, elbows and knees is improved.
 

 

The Buttock toner is another multi functioning machine combining an intensive hip and buttock exercise

Buttock Tonerwhilst stretching and toning the pectoral and intercostal muscles of the chest. The triceps are also tightened and toned.
The unique lower body action strengthens tones and firms the gluteal muscles. This usually results in fast inch loss from the hips and buttock measurements.
Strengthening the pectoralis medius muscle in the upper chest allows shoulder droop to be corrected and can help to lift and firm the chest. Hip joint mobility and upper and lower posture is improved
 

 

The Abdominal Crunch is a unique tummy and lower back exerciser

Abdominal CrunchThe long rectus abdominis muscle is firmed and tightened with particular emphasis on the upper back.
The knees to the chest exercise provides improved hip flexion and extension, in addition to abdominal strengthening. During the crunch movement, the spinal vertibrae are gently opened up, relieving tension in the spine.
Once the crunch is completed a back extension exercise is performed as the spine is extended. The erector spinae muscles in the lower back are strengthened.
The overall effect of using The Abdominal Crunch is a flatter, firmer tummy, a stronger back and improved hip mobility.

 

 

The Cycle combines a cycling movement for both the arms and legs.

CycleAll major muscles and joints of the upper and lower limbs are mobilised along with the deltoid, trapezius and pectoral muscles of the shoulder and chest.
The Cycle is a great fat burner and a superb cardio vascular fitness machine.
Acceleration on The Cycle boosts the heart and respiratory rate, increasing oxygen transportation around the body and helping to retard the ageing process.
