A fracture, damaged nerve & arthritis of my right ankle have for a number of years prevented me from doing high impact exercises and using conventional exercise machines.
In view of this I have had to look for alternative ways to exercise without doing any further damage to the ankle joint & have found that using the 101 Club exercise machines 2 or 3 times a week has not only improved my general health & all round fitness but it has also helped to reduce the constant pain I was experiencing because of the severity of my injury.
Becoming a member of the 101 Club has been a life changing event for me personally and I urge others to come along and experience it for themselves.
